Founded by Quen Cuizon
With over seven years in the virtual assistance industry, Quen’s journey started balancing college and night shifts at a startup BPO. After transitioning into real estate as a VA, years of hands-on work led to expertise in administrative support, CRM management, social media marketing, lead management, listing coordination, transaction coordination, marketing, and business operations.
A Team Leader role followed, focused on mentoring and training fellow VAs. That passion for developing people became the foundation of Quality Virtual Advantage.
